WPMaintainly.com is owned and operated by Teknolox, LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and services. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance.

2. Services Offered

WPMaintainly provides professional maintenance plans for WordPress single-site installations. Our services may include:

  • Security updates
  • Plugin & theme maintenance
  • Site optimization
  • WordPress consulting
  • Custom support requests

Important: Our services depend on installing the WPMaintainly Support Plugin, which requires PHP 8.0+ and a compatible hosting environment. Service quality may be reduced without it.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration details
  • Choose a unique, non-offensive username
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Support & Monthly Requests

Support must be submitted via email (contact@wpmaintainly.com) or your client portal.

  • Up to 48-hour response time for standard requests
  • Emergency/rush support may incur a $50/hour surcharge
  • Developer/custom work is billed at $99/hour

Examples of included support:

  • UI bug fixes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Minor design changes
  • Plugin installation & configuration
  • Basic image and content updates
  • Theme/plugin audits

Excluded from monthly support:

  • Full website redesigns
  • Custom plugin/theme development
  • Marketing or SEO services
  • Landing page creation

5. Limitation of Liability

WPMaintainly shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Service interruptions due to third-party issues or maintenance

Use of our services is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, and content on WPMaintainly.com are the intellectual property of Teknolox, LLC. You may not use our materials without written permission, except for the press kit assets provided for affiliate linking.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPMaintainly and its affiliates from any losses, claims, or legal actions resulting from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of our services
  • Third-party claims due to your actions or content

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your plan at any time after 60 days from the start of your subscription.

WPMaintainly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the services or plugin

Termination immediately revokes access to all services.

9. Service Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the site, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. It’s your responsibility to review them periodically.

10. Miscellaneous

  • No partnership, joint venture, or employment is implied
  • We are not liable for delays or issues outside our control
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA
  • If any term is found unenforceable, the rest will remain valid
  • These Terms are the complete agreement between you and WPMaintainly
